The service

Super Intelligence for Agents designs, builds and hosts a real estate website for you, with a home search that shows listings from your MLS, a lead dashboard, a domain name and hosting. The service is offered to licensed real estate agents in Texas and New Mexico.

Price

A one time setup fee of $249 covers the design and build of your site, your domain registration and the MLS paperwork. The service is $99 a month. The monthly price starts the day your site goes live. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

How billing works

You pay the setup fee to start. When your site goes live, the monthly price is charged automatically each month to the same card. Nothing is charged monthly before your site is live.

No contract

The service is month to month. You may cancel at any time with one email and you will not be billed again. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not send accounts to collections. Months already paid are not refunded. We keep your website saved after you cancel so it can be switched back on if you return.

Support

We answer support emails in under 24 hours.

Setup fee refund

A home search site needs the approval of your MLS and your managing broker. If either one does not approve your site, your setup fee is refunded in full.

Timing

Plan on about three weeks from sign up to launch. Most of that time is the MLS approval, which we do not control.

Your domain and your leads

The domain we register for you is yours. Leads from your website are yours. The home search software, the MLS data and the dashboard software are licensed to you while you subscribe and stay with us if you leave.

MLS rules and your license

You must hold an active real estate license and be a member in good standing of the MLS whose listings your site displays. You are responsible for following your MLS rules, your broker's policies and your state's advertising rules. We build the site to meet them and will change anything your broker or MLS asks for.

Listing data comes from your MLS and is believed accurate but is not guaranteed.

Changes

If we change the price or these terms, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
