What we do not promise
We do not promise that an email reaches the inbox, gets opened or brings you business. The email system has limits, can change, and is not guaranteed. The full terms are in our Service Agreement.
Common questions
Where do replies go?
To your own email address. When an agent replies to one of your listing emails, it lands in your inbox like any other email.
Do I have to write the emails?
No. The layout, photos, price and details come from your listing, and the note is written for you. You can change the note if you want to.
Can I use my existing list?
Yes. Export it from the email service you use today, or from a spreadsheet, and upload it once.
Is there a limit?
Yes. A fair use limit of 8 emails a month and 5,000 recipients per email.
