A full MLS home search, on your own website.
Buyers are going to search for homes somewhere. This puts that search on a site with your name on it, and sends every question to you.
What your buyers get
- Every active listing in your market, straight from your MLS
- Large photo galleries and a map
- Filters for price, beds, baths and area that work on a phone
- Saved homes and saved searches
- An email when a new home matches a saved search
- A monthly payment estimate on every home
- One tap to ask for a tour
- English and Spanish
What you get
Every listing has its own page on your site, with the address in the title and in the link. When a buyer asks about a home, saves one or requests a tour, it lands in your dashboard with their name and what they looked at. Nobody else is advertised on your site, and no inquiry is sent to another agent.
How the MLS connection works
Home search data comes from your MLS under a license. Every MLS asks the managing broker to approve it, so we prepare one form for your broker to sign. We handle the data connection and the display rules. Listings refresh automatically through the day.
Where it is available
Texas and New Mexico for now. We connect one MLS at a time so each site works the way it should. If we cannot connect your MLS, your setup fee is refunded in full.
Common questions
What is IDX?
IDX is the arrangement that lets a real estate agent show MLS listings on their own website. It is what makes a home search on your site possible.
Do I need my broker to approve it?
Yes. Every MLS requires the managing broker to sign off. We prepare the form.
How often do listings update?
Automatically, through the day.
