Texas has its own advertising rules for agents. Your site is built with them in mind: your brokerage name shown at the size the Texas Real Estate Commission calls for, a link to the Information About Brokerage Services form on the home page, and a link to the Consumer Protection Notice.

English and Spanish
Every site comes in English and Spanish, with a switch at the top. In much of Texas that is the difference between reaching a buyer and losing one.
What it costs
$99 a month and a one time $249 setup fee. There is no contract. It is month to month, the monthly price starts the day your site goes live, and the setup fee is refunded if your MLS or your broker does not approve the site.
