How payment works
You pay the $249 setup fee to start. When your site goes live, $99 is drafted automatically each month from the same card. Nothing is drafted monthly before your site is live.
There is no contract. It is month to month, the monthly price starts the day your site goes live, and the setup fee is refunded if your MLS or your broker does not approve the site.
Cancelling
Cancelling takes one email. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not send anyone to collections. We keep your website saved, so it is ready to switch back on if you return. Months already paid are not refunded.
What is not included
Text messaging to leads, paid advertising and lead buying are not part of the service. We would rather tell you now.
