What is Super Intelligence for Agents?
A done for you service for licensed real estate agents: a custom website on your own domain, a live MLS home search, a CRM and lead dashboard, your domain and hosting. We build it and run it.
What does it cost?
$99 a month and a one time $249 setup fee. That covers everything, including your MLS data fee.
Is there a contract?
No. We do not tie you in for a year and we do not send anyone to collections. It is month to month and cancelling takes one email.
How does payment work?
You pay the $249 setup fee to start. When your site goes live, $99 is drafted automatically each month from the same card. Nothing is drafted monthly before your site is live.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
The monthly draft stops. We keep your website saved, so it is ready to switch back on if you return. The domain we registered for you is yours.
Who owns my leads?
You do. Every inquiry goes to your dashboard. We do not share, sell or contact your leads.
Where do you work?
Texas and New Mexico only for now. We are expanding slowly, one MLS at a time.
Why does my broker have to sign something?
A home search site shows MLS listings, and every MLS releases that data only with the managing broker's approval. We prepare the form.
How long does it take?
Plan on about three weeks from sign up to launch. Most of that is the MLS approval.
Do I get a say in the design?
Yes. Right after you sign up we ask what you want your site to look and feel like, your colors, and any websites you like. We design yours around that.
What if my MLS or broker says no?
Your setup fee is refunded in full.
How fast is support?
Every email is answered in under 24 hours.
Is it built for Google and AI search?
Yes. Fast pages, a page for every home and area, structured facts and a summary written for AI assistants. We do not promise rankings.
Does it send text messages to leads?
No. Text messaging is not part of the service.
Is it in Spanish?
Yes. Every site comes in English and Spanish.
